We do not serve a la carte, but focus on one menu tailored to our guests.
The menu is created in close dialogue with our suppliers, they enjoy our full trust and provide us with their treasures every day.
We treat all products with the same appreciation and respect. Vegetables aren’t minor artists, in contrary often occupy the center stage in our kitchen.

wine

When choosing the wine, we keep it as with the food - craftsmanship and taste are the top priority. With meticulous attention we are looking for small producers of individual wines that capture the character of the grape, the terroir, but also the winemaker. We follow our passion for natural wines and perfectly matured wines.
