The menus are created in close dialogue with our suppliers, they enjoy our full trust and provide us with their treasures every day.
The questions – “How big is your appetite?”, “Is there anything you don’t want to eat or your doctor says you shouldn’t?” – determine the volume and content of your menu.
We treat all products with the same appreciation and respect. Vegetables aren’t minor artists, in contrary often occupy the center stage in our kitchen.
